Format

With a range of hypnotherapy approaches available, sessions are tailored to your needs and typically last between 60 and 120 minutes. Together, we can rewire and realign the subconscious mind with your true desires, release unprocessed emotions, and gently work through past experiences. We can also support inner child healing through age regression, helping you access and transform earlier patterns with care and awareness.

You’ll be comfortably seated or lying down, with headphones on and an eye covering in place. Gentle music will play as I guide you into a deeply relaxed, hypnotic state. In this space—what I like to call “consciously unconscious”—you’re connected to your subconscious mind while still aware and present. From here, we engage in a therapeutic dialogue, allowing stored emotions and expressions to safely surface and release. Once there is space, we begin to realign your inner world—integrating thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that truly reflect who you are and what you desire.
